ALWAD also joined the Local Government Unit of Alicia in the observance of the National Women's Month by attending the Unity Walk around poblacion and the program which was conducted at the Alicia Community Center.

        ALWAD women employees were required to wear purple t-shirt or any purple accesories every thursday of the month. They also gave different tokens such as bracelet, earrings, hairband, perfume, hat,fan,ponytail, and umbrella with free ice cream to women concessionaires.
