The Alicia Water District was formed on May 04, 1981 and correspondingly received from the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) its Conditional Certificate of Conformance Number 198 on May 28, 1982.
At present, the district utilizes, four (4) deep wells in Calaocan and in Munsayac, Antonino operating at an average of 18 hours a day. The WD is serving 16 out of 34 total barangays of the Municipality with 2,841 service connections as of December 2015.
